Job summary

Moreton Hire is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the Exhibitions & Events team in Darling Harbour. You will manage client relationships, coordinate inquiries and quotations, and assist with stand design and event services from enquiry through delivery.

The role offers exposure to Australia’s largest exhibitions and major events, with opportunities for travel interstate and international. You will work across operations, design, signage, and logistics to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience using CRM or ERP systems.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude.
• Experience in exhibitions, events, conferences or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for exhibitors and event clients.
• Coordinate enquiries, quotations and customer requests.
• Develop relationships with organisers, exhibitors and suppliers.
• Assist clients with stand design, furniture, signage and service requirements.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
