Job summary

You will lead task prioritisation, scheduling, and documentation, liaise with suppliers, manage purchases and logistics, and help drive product development and process improvements within a luxury jewellery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in workshops, operations, project coordination or production coordination.
• Strong organisational, project management and multitasking skills.
• Experience in purchasing, supplier management, logistics and inventory control.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workshop operations and team activities, supporting task prioritisation and scheduling.
• Document jewellery development, redesign, and project timelines; manage supplier communications.
• Oversee procurement, orders, invoices, and shipments; track inventory and data accuracy.
• Support AX system usage and data integrity; promote health and safety adherence.
