Qualifikationen

• Experience scheduling and monitoring workflow within production, manufacturing, workshop, or high-volume retail.
• High-level organisation with proficiency in workflow tracking and spreadsheets.
• Experience in quality control procedures with attention to detail on finished products.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead briefings and provide updates across departments.
• Experience managing inventory and coordinating logistics documentation including shipping and customs is desirable.

• Manage daily workshop operations by assigning jobs to bench staff based on capacity and priority.
• Monitor progress and address delays, reallocating tasks for urgent requests and maintaining records in tracking software.
• Perform quality control checks on finished pieces and document deviations and corrective actions.
• Lead daily team briefings and provide status reports to the Workshop Manager.
• Monitor consumables stock and coordinate shipments and customs documentation to support workflows.
