Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in sales or customer service.

• Ability to conduct a needs analysis and tailor solutions.

Responsibilities

• Make contact with potential clients daily via assigned leads and opportunities.
• Propose solutions to meet clients' business needs.
• Provide online demonstrations when needed.
• Respond to email requests and provide quotes.
• Meet revenue targets set by the Inside Sales Team Manager.
• Cross-sell and upsell after needs analysis.
