Job summary

TeamViewer GmbH seeks a Customer Retention Specialist for the Japan market. You will nurture renewals, confirm customer needs, and guide through the renewal process to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to optimize strategies, analyze churn risks, and drive value through appropriate upgrades or licensing adjustments. Hybrid work is available in Adelaide.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese with business-level English.
• 1–3 years in customer retention, inside sales, account management, or related roles.
• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based models is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals and customer relationships for the Japan market.
• Engage customers approaching renewal to understand needs and ensure alignment.
• Answer renewal-related inquiries about contracts, billing, and plans.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify upsell opportunities and solution mapping.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support and Finance; maintain up-to-date CRM records.
