Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a Level 1 Customer Support Specialist in Adelaide, Australia, to be the first point of contact for customers in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will troubleshoot basic issues, guide customers to effective solutions, and collaborate with Level 2 Support, Sales and Retention teams to maintain high service standards.

This role offers onsite onboarding in Adelaide, a public transport friendly office, and regular team events.

Qualifications

2+ years in a customer-facing role with phone and email support.
Native-level English with strong written and verbal skills.
Experience with Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, iOS or Android or multiple OSes.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and accounting support via phone, chat, and tickets.
Identify customer needs and offer solutions to improve efficiency.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues using diagnostic tools and available resources.
Resolve customer issues at first contact where possible, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes.
Escalate complex cases to Level 2 Support following defined processes.
Collaborate with Level 2 Support, Sales and Retention teams.
Follow established processes, SLAs, and communication standards.
Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge articles.
