Requirements include fluent Japanese and business English, 2 years in sales or customer service, strong communication and needs‑analysis skills, plus a tech‑savvy mindset. Onsite onboarding in our Adelaide office and a lively team culture are offered.

We’re seeking an Inside Sales Representative who's hungry to kick-start their career in B2B SaaS sales – one of the few opportunities in Adelaide to work in SaaS!

• Make contact with potential clients each day via assigned leads & opportunities.

• Propose solutions to customers that meet their unique business needs.

• Provide online demonstrations where necessary to potential customers.

• Promptly respond to email requests.

• Provide quotes and follow up on quotations within defined timeframes.

• Meet daily/ weekly/ monthly revenue targets set by the Inside Sales Team Manager.

• Process written requests from our prospects and customers.

• Discover opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products to customers by conducting a thorough needs analysis.

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese, oral and written (be able to use KEIGO) with business-level proficiency in English.

• Two years’ experience in sales / customer service

• Technology industry experience desirable

• Ability to conduct a needs analysis and customize solutions

• Advanced knowledge of Windows® and general knowledge of technology

• Strong customer service and effective communication skills

• Team oriented, but able to work independently

• Creative and adaptable sales approach

• Work experience in Japan is preferable
