Job summary
TeamViewer in Adelaide is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist fluent in Japanese and English to engage potential clients, present tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth. You will conduct online demonstrations, respond to requests, provide quotes, and follow up within defined timeframes while meeting daily and monthly targets.
Experience in tech sales and strong communication are essential. Local onboarding in our Adelaide office and a collaborative, diverse team culture support
Qualifications
- Fluent in Japanese (oral and written) with business-level English.
- Two years’ experience in sales or customer service.
- Ability to conduct needs analysis and customize solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows and general technology.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Make contact with potential clients daily via assigned leads and opportunities.
- Propose solutions that meet customers' business needs.
- Provide online demonstrations when needed to potential customers.
- Respond promptly to email requests and provide quotes.
- Follow up on quotations within defined timeframes.
- Meet revenue targets set by the Inside Sales Team Manager.
- Cross-sell and up-sell additional products after needs analysis.
