Job summary

Woods & Co Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Support Officer in Melbourne to own day-to-day administration and improvement of IT and business systems. You will provide hands-on desktop support, administer Microsoft 365, SCCM, AD, Azure AD, Intune and Salesforce, and help maintain network infrastructure across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar.
• Hands-on Office 365 admin experience across SharePoint, Exchange Online and Teams.
• Strong skills in Windows Server and Active Directory with exposure to virtualised environments.
• Working knowledge of networking, VoIP telephony and backup and recovery methodologies.
• ITIL qualifications or experience (Salesforce Administrator certificate preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support and level 1 and 2 IT support via email, remote, phone and in person.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, SCCM, Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy and Intune.
• Support and administer Salesforce - including helping users build reports and dashboards.
• Support VoIP telephony, WiFi, security and CCTV systems alongside preventative maintenance of servers, workstations and network infrastructure.
• Onboard new users while managing IT assets and licences and maintaining clear user documentation
