We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support and enhance our Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and endpoint environments across cloud and on-premises platforms.

You will maintain secure, reliable systems, drive automation, and support governance, incident response and business continuity while contributing to continuous improvement and organizational

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, networking and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, endpoint compliance and security best practices.
• Scripting and automation using PowerShell.
• Proactive mindset with continuous improvement and technology innovation.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory/Entra ID and Intune environments.
• Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, access management, and offboarding.
• Support security, compliance and governance across enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, endpoint and identity-related issues.
• Contribute to incident response, disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Power Automate and AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
