Job summary

ALD Group Limited is seeking an IT support specialist to provide day-to-day assistance across the head office in Melbourne and remote sites. You will troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Zoho, Monday.com, Houzz Pro, and a custom-built core application while managing user accounts and access controls.

The role also covers onboarding/offboarding, NAS backups, VPN and remote desktop support, incident escalation, and collaboration with external IT providers to maintain security and system reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience providing day-to-day IT support across head office and remote sites.
• Experience administering user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Familiar with onboarding and offboarding processes and device enrolment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to staff across head office and remote sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Zoho, Monday.com, Houzz Pro, and custom core app.
• Administer accounts, permissions, and access controls across cloud and NAS.
