Job summary

Centurion is seeking an experienced IT Support Officer to join our Perth Airport depot on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential to extend to 12 months. Based at the Perth Branch, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support requests, providing hands-on support for hardware, software, and business applications across office and operational users.

You’ll have 3+ years in IT support, with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in an IT support role.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11.
• Proficient in Active Directory Users & Computers.
• Knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
• Basic networking (DHCP/DNS) knowledge.
• Experience supporting hardware, printers and mobile devices.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
• Tertiary IT qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support.
• Provide technical support across hardware, software, business applications.
• Troubleshoot desktops, Windows environments, network peripherals and mobile devices.
• Manage user access via Active Directory.
• Provide remote IT support to Centurion branches across Australia.
• Manage inbound calls and ticket queues to meet SLAs.
• Support printers, scanners, telephony systems and other devices.
• Assist with IT projects and contribute to service delivery improvements.
• Support office and operational environments including PPE.
