NightOwl Convenience is seeking a tech-savvy IT Support professional to join our team in Australia. Our stores rely on a robust IT backbone to keep hundreds of users productive, troubleshoot issues, and maintain business applications across diverse systems.

You’ll work with our IT team to support Windows-based systems, monitor operations, implement upgrades, and drive automation initiatives that streamline data workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience or similar
• Experience supporting Windows-based servers and network devices
• Experience with business applications and data workflows
• Willingness to learn, adapt and automate processes

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support across the business, troubleshooting issues and keeping teams productive
• Monitor systems and respond to support requests; maintain hardware and software
• Support Windows-based systems, network devices and business applications
• Collaborate with teams to streamline systems and improve data workflows
• Assist with system upgrades, implementations and ongoing improvements
• Support automation and efficiency initiatives to reduce manual processes
• Train and assist users on systems and tools; promote confident use of technology
• Follow data governance and IT security procedures to protect information
