Job summary

Peritus Managed Services is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to provide hands-on end-user IT support across Windows 11, Microsoft 365, hardware, and meeting room technology for the Sydney Corporate Office and remote users across Australia and New Zealand.

You will troubleshoot across devices, support remote workers, manage hardware lifecycles, and collaborate with global IT teams on connectivity and AV systems. Strong customer service and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience providing technical support to remote users across Australia and New Zealand.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Strong communication, able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and with global IT teams.
• Experience with endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune is highly desirable.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms and AV technologies is advantageous.
• Experience with endpoint encryption products such as SecureDoc or similar.
• Basic Active Directory experience.
• Experience supporting Apple iOS devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day end-user IT support across Windows, M365, hardware, and mobile devices.
• Deploy laptops for new starters and hardware refresh programs.
• Support remote users across Australia and New Zealand using remote tools.
• Manage hardware lifecycles, imaging, software installs, and user migrations.
• Support and troubleshoot iOS devices and AV/meeting room systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware, AV, warranty repairs and procurements.
• Collaborate with global IT teams on networking, VPN, and connectivity issues.
• Perform basic Active Directory administration and user support.
• Provide minimal server administration; other teams manage broader servers.
