Job summary

Cox Purtell Staffing Services is partnering with a well-established automotive brand in Australia to modernise its technology environment. The permanent, full-time IT Support Specialist role is based at Macquarie Park and serves a national network of dealers.

You will diagnose and resolve software, hardware and connectivity issues, deploy updates, manage user access, and document processes to enable colleagues to help themselves.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma qualification in an IT related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2 years hands-on experience in IT support across software, hardware and networks.
• Experience supporting Windows and Apple/iOS devices, including setup, resets and app management, plus basic networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware and connectivity issues for head office and retail partners.
• Plan, test and deploy software applications, updates and patches.
• Manage user accounts and system access, including provisioning and password resets.
• Set up laptops, mobile devices and video conferencing equipment, and troubleshoot network connectivity.
• Create and maintain support documentation and monitor tickets to meet SLAs.
