Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in IT support.
Experience with Windows OS, O365 and AD.
Proven ability to troubleshoot network and hardware issues within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and signage displays.
Maintain and support file servers, POS terminals, CCTV, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network infrastructure.
Install, support and maintain IT hardware and software.
Coordinate with vendors on quotations for setup, maintenance and repairs.
Maintain IT equipment inventory, licenses and records.
Provide training and guidance to end users.
