Fraser Coast Regional Council in Hervey Bay is seeking an IT Support Deployment Officer to join our Information Technology team. This entry-level role deploys and maintains IT equipment, manages user accounts, and helps with technology rollouts across Council locations.

You will gain experience across IT systems while delivering excellent customer service, with a permanent full-time contract and flexible arrangements including work from home.

Qualificações

• Current Queensland Class C or CA Driver Licence.
• Demonstrated ability to install, configure and deploy computer hardware, peripherals and software.
• Ability to perform manual tasks and transport IT equipment safely.
• Sound computer skills and confidence using technology systems.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute positively within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate record keeping

IT Support Deployment Officer Transformation, Assets & Information Permanent Full Time Hervey Bay Stream A Level 1 - $68,263 plus superannuation + 9-day fortnight. What we are looking for: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Deployment Officer to join our Information Technology team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about technology and delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you will help support Council staff by deploying and maintaining IT equipment, managing user accounts, maintaining asset records and assisting with technology rollouts across Council locations. You will work in a collaborative environment while gaining valuable experience across a broad range of IT systems and services.

What your day will look like:

What’s nice to have:

• Experience supporting information technology services in a helpdesk or customer support environment.
• Exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange or Azure environments.
• Experience working with IT asset management processes.
• Relevant IT studies, certifications or currently undertaking technology-related training
