Job summary

Randstad is seeking an autonomous IT Support Analyst to be the key onsite presence in our Sydney CBD office. You will handle L1/L2 desktop support incidents and service requests end-to-end, delivering expert face-to-face service while ensuring smooth daily IT operations across hardware and cloud systems.

The role focuses on Microsoft 365 administration, Intune device management, Entra ID/Azure AD, and Windows endpoints.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Level 1 / Level 2 IT Support role.
• Strong hands-on experience across M365, Intune, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Exceptional face-to-face communication, customer service, and process documentation skills.
• Ability to work 5 days onsite in Sydney CBD.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory.

IT Support Analyst | 6-Month Contract | Sydney CBD (5 Days Onsite)

Daily Rate: $380/day (inclusive of Super)

Location: Sydney CBD — 100% Onsite (5 Days/Week)

Duration: 6-Month Initial Contract

Eligibility: Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents ONLY

About The Role

We are seeking an autonomous IT Support Analyst to serve as the key onsite IT presence in our Sydney CBD office. You will manage L1/L2 desktop support incidents and service requests end-to-end, delivering exceptional face-to-face service while ensuring smooth daily IT operations across our hardware and cloud systems.

Key Technical Focus

• Microsoft 365: Administration, licensing, and day-to-day user troubleshooting.


• Microsoft Intune: Endpoint device management, app deployment, and policy configuration.


• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) & Active Directory: Identity management, user onboarding/offboarding, access rights, and group administration.


• Windows OS: Troubleshooting and support for Windows 10 and 11 endpoints.


• Hardware & Support: Laptops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and ITSM ticket lifecycle management.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in a Level 1 / Level 2 IT Support role.
