Job summary

Collaborate Recruitment seeks a Field Services Analyst to deliver onsite IT support for our Sydney client, based in Enfield with travel across NSW. The role requires a full Australian driver's licence and a willingness to be the face of IT at multiple sites.

The key focus is delivering a high-quality digital workplace experience, proactively boosting end-user productivity and aligning IT services with business operations at site level.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Desktop Support / Field Service Support.
• ITIL Foundation Certified, or strong knowledge and experience of working in an ITIL environment.
• Must be able to travel to various sites within NSW and hold a full Australian driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support at Sydney office.
• Proactively improve end-user productivity and drive site-level service improvements.
• Identify recurring issues to eliminate root causes and drive improvements.
• Travel to multiple NSW sites and be the face of IT.

Our client is looking for a Field Services Analyst who will be responsible for providing onsite IT support as well as being an advocate and the face of IT for their Sydney office.

The key focus of the role is to be responsible for delivering a high-quality digital workplace experience at site level, proactively improve end-user productivity, and act as a trusted advisor linking business operations with IT services.

The role will also be responsible for proactively identifying recurring issues to eliminate root causes and to drive site level service improvements.

---Must be able to travel to various to sites within the Sydney metropolitan area (full licence required and pool car available)

Key Skills Required:

• Previous experience in Desktop Support / Field Service Support


• ITIL Foundation Certified, or strong knowledge and experience of working in an ITIL environment


• Knowledge of emerging technology trends such as: Endpoint Management (e.g. Intune, Autopilot), Modern Workplace (M365, Teams, OneDrive), Identity & access basics (Azure AD / Entra), Hardware lifecycle & asset management automation


• Demonstrated resilience and ability to quickly engage with change


• Ability to positively support and encourage others through changeAn excellent understanding of how technology can enable business process to drive business benefit.


• Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills


• Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally
