Halcyon Knights is seeking a Senior Change Manager in Melbourne to lead end-to-end change programs that operationalise the AI Strategy and governance across the organisation.

In this 12-month daily rate contract, you will drive transformational change, work with senior stakeholders, and shape governance, capability building, and outcomes. Hybrid working arrangements at Melbourne offices support delivery and career progression within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Change Management delivering end-to-end, complex programs of work for AI/ technology enablement/AI transformation.
• Strong program communications experience.
• Strong experience across end-to-end project change (not just BAU).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management for AI strategy initiatives.
• Operationalise AI governance and organisational capability.
• Manage stakeholder engagement at executive level in a fast-paced environment.
