Job summary

AZZO in Adelaide, Australia is seeking an IT/OT Support Engineer to deliver Level 1/2 support across IT and OT environments at customer sites. You will maintain availability, performance and security of core systems through proactive monitoring, incident handling, and well-managed change activities.

The role covers Windows workstations, Microsoft 365 services and identity management, with occasional after-hours support for our global client base.

Qualifications

1–3 years hands-on IT support, service desk or junior systems administration experience.
Able to troubleshoot Windows endpoint, application, account and connectivity issues and escalate when needed.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and identity concepts (Entra ID, Exchange, Teams) and device management.
Foundation-level networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VLANs, VPNs).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering (desirable).

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1/2 IT/OT support for end-user devices, apps and access issues from triage to resolution/escalation.
Build, configure, deploy and support Windows workstations, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
Administer Microsoft 365 services at a support level (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Teams) and handle user provisioning.
