Zip Co Limited is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to provide Level 2 support and hands-on IT delivery in our Melbourne CBD office, three days per week. You’ll work within the Corporate IT team to keep platforms secure, reliable and user-friendly as you partner with business colleagues.

You’ll own incident response, device management (Windows, macOS), and workplace tech across Google Workspace, Entra ID, Intune and Jamf, while developing automation and small IT projects end-to-end to improve

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments across Windows, macOS and cloud-based workplace technologies.
