Job summary

Supply Nation is seeking an IT Operations Coordinator to ensure reliable, high-quality IT services by coordinating between staff, the service desk, and external vendors.

You will handle frontline support, hardware/software diagnostics, onboarding/offboarding, asset management and security/compliance tasks to maintain a productive, secure user environment. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT qualification (Certificate IV in IT, Diploma of IT, or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated experience in a similar IT support role.
• Experience supporting end users in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience supporting both in-office and remote workers with connectivity and device issues.
• Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL Foundation).
• Experience in not-for-profit, government-funded, or multi-site organisations desirable.
• Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks or ISO standards desirable.
• This position is designated as requiring a National Police Check; rescreening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support to staff and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot IT incidents across devices, networks and SaaS platforms.
• Perform ongoing ICT maintenance and asset management.
• Handle staff onboarding and offboarding processes and access provisioning.
• Manage change control, security/compliance activities, and ensure a secure user environment.
• Collaborate with service desk, infrastructure teams and external vendors to deliver reliable IT services.
• Prioritise tasks effectively and communicate clearly with users and stakeholders.
