Job summary

Supply Nation in Sydney is seeking an IT Operations Coordinator to ensure reliable, high-quality IT services by coordinating between staff, the service desk, infrastructure teams and external vendors. You will handle frontline support, diagnose hardware and software issues, and manage onboarding, assets, changes and security/compliance.

Qualifications

• IT support background in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supporting hybrid/remote users and device issues.
• Experience in not-for-profit, government-funded or multi-site organisations desirable.
• Industry certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical IT support and diagnostics for hardware and software issues.
• Coordinate with staff, service desk, infrastructure teams and external vendors.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, asset management and change control.
• Support security/compliance activities and risk mitigation.
• Ensure a productive and secure user environment for hybrid/remote users.
