Job summary

Jones Day is seeking an IT Support (Office) Specialist to support personal computers and peripherals across our Australian offices. You will troubleshoot hardware, assemble and optimize PC setups, and assist in setting up conference rooms and meetings.

Occasional travel to Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth is required. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least two years in a computer-related field, with preference for legal/professional services experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in computer-related field.
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment preferred.
• Knowledge of major PC applications including operating systems, word processing editors, graphics software, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Support PCs and peripherals for Australian Jones Day offices.
• Diagnose and replace defective components.
• Set up and support conference rooms and assist customers with meetings.
• Assist AV/VC testing with the AV engineering team when necessary.
