Job summary

Halcyon Knights in Melbourne is seeking an AV / Technology Support Specialist to assist with in-person and virtual court hearings, ensuring smooth operation of AV gear and conferencing systems.

You will set up microphones, cameras, screens, troubleshoot issues, support recordings and hearings, and help clients keep proceedings running smoothly. Training provided; no courtroom experience required.

Qualifications

• AV, video conferencing or hands-on IT support experience.
• Confident communication and a calm approach under pressure.
• Strong organisation and practical problem-solving skills.
