Job summary

Cygnet West in Perth is seeking a proactive IT Support Officer (Level 1) to be the first point of contact for IT help across the business, resolving day-to-day issues and aiding onboarding.

You will configure laptops and devices, support Microsoft 365, manage service desk tickets, and help keep systems running smoothly while delivering great service.

Cygnet West is WA’s largest independent commercial real estate firm with a long history of client service and local expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, helpdesk or IT support environment is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, approachable manner.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Providing first-level technical support to employees across the business.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, mobile devices and system issues.
• Setting up and configuring laptops, phones, user accounts and equipment.
• Supporting Microsoft 365 applications and business systems.
• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Managing service desk tickets and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Maintaining IT asset registers and documentation.
• Escalating more complex issues when required.
