Job summary

You will troubleshoot Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange and Azure AD, document requests, and collaborate with the IT team to resolve issues while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Level 1 IT support role.
• Knowledge of Office 365 and Windows AD.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet SLAs and prioritise tasks.
