Job summary

TCC Technologies in Gisborne, VIC is seeking a hands-on IT professional to diagnose and repair desktop computers and laptops, while delivering on-site and remote business IT support. The role expands into managed IT services, cloud, networking and projects as the business grows.

You will perform hardware upgrades, installations, data transfers and set up Microsoft 365 users, with strong Windows troubleshooting and customer service skills to manage multiple jobs independently.

Qualifications

• Strong Windows experience diagnosing and repairing Windows computers and laptops.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Wi‑Fi.
• Experience setting up and supporting Microsoft 365 users, devices and apps.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair desktop computers, laptops, and IT hardware.
• Perform hardware replacements, upgrades, installations and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot Windows, software, drivers and OS issues.
• Perform data transfers, system setups and device migrations.
• Provide onsite and remote IT support to business customers.
• Troubleshoot networking, Wi‑Fi, printers and connectivity issues.
• Assist customers with backups and endpoint protection.
