TranTech Computers in Mackay region is seeking a friendly IT support specialist to join our close-knit team. You’ll handle a mix of onsite and remote support, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide proactive customer service to keep clients up and running.

We value initiative, clear communication and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users. You’ll work with a team of 11 techs and have opportunities for learning and development in a well-established local business.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT software, hardware, networks and peripherals.
• Previous tech support experience.
• Proven customer service experience and a drive to help people.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to clients.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users clearly.
• Assist with system rollouts and backup restorations.
• Collaborate with a team of 11 techs to solve daily IT challenges.
