Job summary

Cintech Pty Ltd is seeking a practical IT support person on a part-time basis to assist offices and project sites across construction projects. You’ll be the first contact for issues, set up new starters, and combine helpdesk duties with on-site visits to keep operations productive from day one.

Role involves imaging devices, Microsoft Intune enrollment, daily M365 admin tasks, and hands-on support at head offices and sites.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in Windows, Microsoft 365 and basic networking.
• Experience in IT support or helpdesk is valued, open to newcomers.
• Friendly, patient approach when explaining tech to non-technical users.
• Organised and reliable; able to manage own workload and tasks.
• Willing to travel to construction sites; current driver’s licence; White Card bonus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deploy laptops, desktops, phones and peripherals including imaging and Intune enrollment.
• Manage Microsoft 365 admin tasks: accounts, MFA, licences, shared mailboxes, Teams.
• Resolve level 1 helpdesk tickets via phone, email and remote tools; escalate others.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers and connectivity issues.
• Provide onsite support at head office and construction sites.
• Run onboarding and offboarding; handover devices and accounts.
• Keep asset registers and tickets up to date.
