Job summary

GoFundMe is hiring an IT Administrator I in Australia. The role requires in-office presence 2x per week and covers remote desktop support, AV support, and administration for cloud-based services.

You will assist with video conference and VOIP support, remote dashboards, and VPN management, with some travel to support office events. A BA/BS or equivalent and 1–3 years IT experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT or help desk experience.
• Solid AV experience.
• Strong written & oral communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong time management.
