Job summary

GoFundMe is seeking an IT Administrator I to join our Australia IT team. An in-office commitment of 2x per week is required, with hybrid work options. You will provide remote desktop support, AV and VOIP assistance, and help manage cloud-based services and office networks.

Ideal candidates have BA/BS or equivalent experience and 1–3 years in IT/help desk, with strong communication, analytics, and time-management skills. Travel may be needed for events.

• Remote front-line desktop support.
