Remara is an Australian-based asset manager delivering private market solutions to clients across the capital stack. The Registry Associate will support day-to-day investor registry operations for Remara-managed funds, ensuring accurate records and compliant processing.

In this role you will handle onboarding, AML/KYC checks, transaction processing, distributions and client servicing, partnering with trustees, platforms and internal teams to uphold service standards and investor confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience in managed funds or registry operations.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process investor applications and maintain registry records.
• Perform AML/KYC checks and verify documentation.
• Process transactions: applications, redemptions, transfers.
• Support distributions, unit pricing, and investor reporting.
• Assist with system testing and process improvements.
