Job summary

Keegan Adams Recruitment is seeking a candidate for a role supporting investors and financial advisers across a portfolio of investment funds in a smaller, more personal environment. You will handle email and phone enquiries with a focus on quality service and timely resolution.

You’ll contribute to investor applications, onboarding, AML/KYC, and maintain accurate registry data while collaborating with internal teams. This is a hybrid Sydney-based position with career growth prospects.

Qualifications

• Some exposure to registry, investor services or funds would be highly regarded.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence communicating with investors and advisers.
• A calm, professional and helpful approach.
• Good organisation and follow-through.
• A genuine interest in developing your career in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Responding to investor and adviser enquiries via email and phone.
• Managing enquiries from initial request through to resolution.
• Supporting investor applications and onboarding.
• Assisting with AML/KYC and documentation requirements.
• Maintaining accurate investor and registry information.
• Supporting investor transactions and communications.
• Working closely with internal registry and fund administration teams.
