Job summary

Keegan Adams Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing, technology-led fund administration business in Sydney to manage registry activity across a portfolio of Australian and New Zealand funds. This hands-on role requires sound judgment, strong client instruction resolution, and collaboration with registry officers and adjacent teams.

You’ll support onboarding, AML/KYC, capital activity, investor reporting, and communications, operating under a maker-checker model.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of registry, investor services, unit registry or fund administration experience.

About the Role

You'll manage registry activity across a portfolio of Australian and New Zealand funds. This is a hands-on role where judgment matters as much as execution. You'll handle more complex transactions, resolve unclear client instructions and support Registry Officers across the team. You'll work closely with fund accounting, treasury, compliance and implementation, with all work operating under a maker-checker model.

Ideal Experience

Pay range and compensation package

• Salary $100,000 - $120,000 + super
