Job summary

Keegan Adams Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing, technology-led fund administration business in Sydney to manage registry activity across a portfolio of Australian and New Zealand funds. This hands-on role requires sound judgment, strong client instruction resolution, and collaboration with registry officers and adjacent teams.

You’ll support onboarding, AML/KYC, capital activity, investor reporting, and communications, operating under a maker-checker model.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of registry, investor services, unit registry or fund administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Investor onboarding and AML/KYC
• Applications, redemptions, transfers and distributions
• Capital calls and other capital activity
• Payments and investor reporting
• FATCA/CRS and registry compliance
• Investor communications and queries
