Job summary

Intuitive Recruitment Pty is partnering with a leading Australian investment firm in Sydney to recruit an Investor Operations Associate. This role sits at the intersection of investor reporting, fund administration, and investor servicing, delivering accurate reporting and maintaining data integrity.

You will produce investor packs, assist NAV reviews, oversee registry and service provider oversight, and contribute to process improvements within a dynamic funds management environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in investor operations, fund administration, investment operations, client reporting, or fund accounting within funds management, superannuation, custody, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of managed funds, unit trusts, investment products, and fund structures.
• Experience producing or supporting investor reporting, fund reporting, or client reporting deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reporting packs.
• Review and validate fund performance data, holdings information, commentary, and reporting outputs prior to investor release.
• Support the production of fact sheets, client reports, board reporting, and regulatory disclosures.
