Job summary

Airefrig Australia Pty Ltd in Truganina is expanding its internal sales team. This full-time role covers counter and phone sales, with on-the-job training provided to the successful candidates.

No prior internal sales experience is required; you will build relationships with customers and work across warranty, purchasing and accounts, with opportunities to grow within Airefrig.

Qualifications

• Minimum Year 10 certificate of completion.
• Customer service/retail experience preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Must demonstrate strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work autonomously in a team environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Counter and phone sales.
• Manage customer inquiries efficiently, understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions based on specifications, costs, and availability.
• Process and manage customer orders through quotation, ordering, picking, packing and delivery organisation.
• Build and strengthen new and existing customer relationships.
• Work alongside internal departments (warranty, purchasing and accounts) to fulfill customer requests.
• Assist with warehouse duties when required (receiving of goods, stock take, etc).

Airefrig Australia is a family-owned national wholesaler for the refrigeration and air conditioning industry with 13 branches throughout Australia with 3 branches here in VIC.Airefrig has enjoyed continued growth over its 55 years in business and is now looking to expand our internal sales team at Truganina.

Overview

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this great full-time opportunityinvolves both counter and phone sales. No prior internal sales experience in the HVAC&R industry is necessary and there will be full on the job training provided to the successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities (but would not be limited to):

• Counter and phone sales
• Manage customer inquiries efficiently, understand customer requirements and offer the suitable solution based on specifications, costs, and availability.
• The applicant will be required to process and manage customer orders through quotation, ordering, picking, packing and organising the delivery of items
• Build and strengthen new and existing customer relationships
• Work alongside internal departments (warranty, purchasing and accounts) to help satisfy / fulfil customer requests
• Assist with warehouse duties when required (receiving of goods, stock take etc)
