Job summary

Gallagher Australia is seeking an Internal Account Executive to support our broking team across client portfolios and day-to-day insurance administration. You will contribute to renewals, quotations, and insurer liaison while delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers flexible and hybrid work arrangements, with a focus on building strong client relationships in the agricultural and commercial insurance space.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills.
• Previous experience in insurance is beneficial but not essential.
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Assist Brokers and Account Executives with client portfolio management.
• Coordinate claim lodgements, track progress and liaise with the claims team.
• Prepare renewal documentation and pre-renewal reviews.
• Obtain and compare quotations from insurers.
• Assist with policy remarketing activities and insurer submissions.
• Prepare insurance documents, schedules and certificates.
• Maintain accurate client records and electronic files.
• Provide timely, professional service to clients.
