Gallagher is seeking an Internal Account Executive in Australia to support and service a portfolio of commercial and corporate insurance clients while collaborating closely with experienced brokers and Account Executives, gaining exposure to a diverse client base and strengthening your technical insurance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support an existing portfolio of commercial insurance clients
• Assist with policy renewals, endorsements and general account administration
• Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders
• Identify cross-selling and growth opportunities within the portfolio
• Prepare quotations, policy documentation and client communications
• Support credit management and maintain accurate client records
• Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
• Deliver exceptional client service at every interaction
