Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an Internal Account Executive to support and service a portfolio of SME and micro businesses. You will work closely with experienced brokers to grow client relationships and improve service delivery.

Role can be based in Gold Coast, Brisbane or Sunshine Coast offices with potential hybrid arrangements; prior insurance experience and strong communication are essential for success in developing technical insurance knowledge and driving client retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, financial services or a client-facing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support an existing portfolio of SME & micro business clients.
• Assist with policy renewals, endorsements and general account administration.
• Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify cross-selling and growth opportunities within the portfolio.
• Prepare quotations, policy documentation and client communications.
• Support credit management and maintain accurate client records.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver exceptional client service at every interaction.
