Job summary

Gallagher is hiring an Internal Account Executive to support and service SME and micro businesses. You will work closely with experienced brokers to develop insurance knowledge and drive client retention and growth across a diverse client base.

Role can be based in Gold Coast, Brisbane or Sunshine Coast offices. You’ll join a team that values integrity, teamwork and delivering exceptional client service with structured development opportunities and a clear career pathway.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance or financial services with client facing exposure.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to service SME & micro businesses.
• Excellent organisational and time management capabilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an existing portfolio of SME & micro business clients.
• Assist with policy renewals, endorsements and general account administration.
• Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify cross-selling and growth opportunities within the portfolio.
• Prepare quotations, policy documentation and client communications.
• Support credit management and maintain accurate client records.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver exceptional client service at every interaction.
