Gallagher in Australia is seeking an Internal Account Executive to support and service a portfolio of SME and micro businesses. You’ll work closely with experienced brokers and Account Executives to grow client retention and drive service excellence across the portfolio.

Based in Gold Coast, Brisbane or Sunshine Coast, the role offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements and opportunities to advance within our broking and account management teams. A client‑facing mindset is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience within insurance, financial services or a client facing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management capabilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
• Tier 1 Insurance qualification (or willingness to obtain).
• A desire to build a long term career in insurance and risk management.

Aufgaben

• Manage and support an existing portfolio of SME & micro business clients.
• Assist with policy renewals, endorsements and general account administration.
• Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify cross-selling and growth opportunities within the portfolio.
• Prepare quotations, policy documentation and client communications.
• Support credit management and maintain accurate client records.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver exceptional client service at every interaction.
