Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant Account Executive.
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executives with client account management and documentation.
• Process policy renewals and amendments with accuracy.
• Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Prepare quotations and policy schedules under guidance.
• Support onboarding of new clients and general office duties.
