Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and understand basic insurance principles.
• Intuitive decision making using analytics and step‑by‑step logic.
• Initiative and self‑motivation to work autonomously.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with insurance software (Sunrise preferred).
• Maths and basic accounting concepts relevant to insurance (GST, duties).
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work with urgency and deliver accurate data.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior/Account Managers in client interactions to gain hands‑on experience.
• Answer phones and handle enquiries.
• Direct inquiries to appropriate team members or take messages.
• Process debtors and data entry for clients and policies.
• Assist with claims lodgement and follow‑ups.
• Enter data for new/renewal policies and certificates.
• Prepare client quotations and perform ad hoc tasks.
