Job summary

Kingspan Water & Energy Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Installations Coordinator to join the Planning Team based at Epping, VIC. Reporting to the Installations Manager, you will schedule and manage tank installations, coordinate with installers, and ensure compliance and timely invoicing.

The role focuses on customer service, effective scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with logistics, planning, and site supervisors to deliver high-quality installations across our national

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and communication.
• Effective time management with ability to prioritise.
• Ability to change, adapt and continuously improve.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tank installations on a day-to-day basis to meet a planned schedule.
• Reschedule installations when required and update installer status.
• Invoice previous day installations after completion is confirmed.
• Liaise with plumbers and supervisors to achieve installation outcomes.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Planning after delivery for installations.
• Support the compliance management system and promote workplace compliance.
• Develop awareness of product compliance obligations among staff.
• Contribute to corrective actions from concerns or audits.

We are seeking an experienced Installations Coordinator to join our friendly, professional, and highly driven Planning Team based at Epping VIC

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Installations Coordinator to join our team based at Epping, VIC.

Reporting to the Installations Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Scheduling tank installations on a day-to-day basis to meet a planned scheduled
• Rescheduling of installations when required
• Updating installer schedules with current status e.g. completed or deferred
• Invoicing the previous days installations upon confirmation of completed install
• Liaising with plumbers and supervisors to achieve desired outcomes for installations
• Coordinating with the Logistics and Planning departments about installations after delivery
• Cooperating with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same
• Developing employee awareness of product compliance obligations
• Actively participating in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.
