Job summary

Access Hire Sydney, a division of Access Group Australia, seeks a results-focused Telemarketer/Internal Sales professional for its St Marys NSW office. The role offers uncapped earnings, ongoing training, and clear growth into external sales roles.

Work hours are 7:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in telemarketing or call centres, a knack for building client relationships, and a willingness to learn and progress

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Telemarketer or Call Centre Operator.
• Ability to quickly learn and retain technical product knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Research upcoming projects and identify potential clients.
• Generate new business through inbound leads and proactive outbound calls (warm and cold).
• Prepare customer quotes and provide accurate technical product information.
• Distribute marketing packs to increase brand awareness across NSW.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to exceed targets.
