Peninsula in Sydney is seeking experienced, results-driven sales professionals to join our growing team in a 6-star office in Sydney CBD. The role focuses on outbound B2B calls to understand client challenges and book high-quality appointments for our Business Development Managers.

You’ll be target-driven, comfortable with phone-based or face-to-face sales, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with extensive training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in phone-based or face-to-face sales with a desire to grow your sales career.
• You’re not one to clock watch or wait for the day to end.
• You stay focused daily, delivering a best-in-class experience and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• This is a Monday to Friday, 10am-7pm role.
• Conduct outbound, B2B phone calls with business owners and directors across Australia to understand their people and safety challenges.
• Booking high-quality appointments for our Business Development Managers across Australia.
• Build strong relationships and be a trusted contact for prospects, clients and field-based team.
• Keep Salesforce up to date with accurate notes.
• Achieving daily and weekly KPIs.
