Job summary

Wow Recruitment Pty in Zetland, Sydney, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive to drive revenue from warm inbound leads in a full-cycle role. You will own the sales process from enquiry to close, build rapport with customers, and convert inbound opportunities into sales.

The role offers uncapped commission and an OTE of $140K+ in the first year, with international growth prospects and a dynamic, target-driven environment. On-site at a fast-growing team in Sydney.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a phone-based, full-cycle sales role.
• Proven experience converting inbound leads and enquiries.
• Strong track record of closing sales and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Natural negotiation and objection-handling ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of warm and hot inbound sales enquiries.
• Own the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to close.
• Build strong rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Convert qualified inbound leads into sales.
• Conduct high-volume phone-based sales and follow up opportunities.
• Confidently negotiate, overcome objections and close deals.
• Manage and prioritise a busy sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity within the CRM.
• Attend occasional face-to-face customer meetings when required.
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing Inside Sales team.
